Decided to take it easy today after yesterday's ride, even though I wasn't feeling badly 24 hours post-ride. Will slowly add running back to the mix this coming week, after Monday's regular day off. Plan is 20 minutes of easy running on Tue and Wed; 20 on Fri as part of a brick; 30-40 on Sun. No hills or speed - keep it at recovery or aerobic threshold effort (easy to moderate).
