5:30am Spin class 60 min
no HR monitor. Should have gone 70 min but not enough sleep...to tired.

Thursday plan: swim a.m., brick pm 1hr run/30 min bike. Will have teaching job during day. Still a challenge to juggle the timing of all this stuff. Shouldn't be a problem as long as I get to bed so I can be up early enough to swim and then get to school by 7:30. This is week 13 and I'm repeating base phase week 5 but moving up to level 6.
