HR ave 128 or 129 not including w.u. & c.d.; 1002 cal
Have a cold (or worse). Skipped swim this morning. Will do on Fri a.m. with weights. Carlsbad 1/2 marathon on Sunday is in doubt due to sick + left foot injury.
