Run 5 miles, 47:47; Boogie Board 1 hour
Run 5 miles on Moonlight course loop using run/walk method
alternate 6:45 run, walk :30
At slice of toast + pbut ~45 min. before run. Felt like i could go further. Right ankle hurt for about a minute at about half way. Drank 20 oz water after run.
Boogie Board 1 hour; swim 1x to buoy.
Ate eggs, potatoes, toast after ~1/2 hour after swim.

This week's plan:
Weigh in on Mon. and Fri.
10 K is next Sunday. Run a 5K on Tu and Thu after work. Can't completely rest on Saturday due to soccer refereeing. Swim and exercise bike on Mon. and Wed. after work. Consider taking Friday off completely.
