Took Tuesday off completely due to sore throat and conjunctivitus. Slept in. Did not swim or bike. Taper is going fine. Will run on Friday without pushing pace, going ~30:00 for 5K. Swim short workout Thursday a.m. but no bike to give legs rest. Saturday is an off day except for picking up event materials, e.g. race number.
