slept in and skipped morning exercise bike

Shortened lunch run. Feeling muscle strain in left quad/groin. Shortened stride and intensity. Also feeling tightness in right glute. Concerned. SD Intl Tri is in 2 weeks, June 29. If it feels the same tomorrow before I run then I will not run again until Friday. Do 4-5 miles on Fri, 7-8 on Sat, including 5-6 x 1 mile at 10K pace.
