Could not maintain aerobic level. Quad (especially left) hurting. Took ~25 min to get up to HR120 but couldn't keep it there. Don't know if it was low energy and lack of fuel, the bike, or fatigue from last night's run. Tried to make it work but couldn't. Questioning how much sprinting-type work I'm doing on the runs.
