Slade Coaching offers personal multisport coaching services to help you to successfully achieve your goals. A training plan customized to your needs and season, with workouts delivered virtually to your cell phone or by email, helps eliminate roadblocks to accomplishing what you are striving for.
Two levels are offered: Gold and Silver. Find success now - I can help you avoid mistakes and achieve your goals.
Silver Level -
$120/mo (paid in advance); $50 One-time set-up fee (includes Training Peaks,
athlete assessment consultation, initial get together/goal setting)
Includes:
· *Personalized Training Plan distributed through
Training Peaks where you can log workouts and notes (or receive via email).
· *Up to 8 structured workouts per week.
· *Once weekly adjustment of training plan based on
your schedule and personal needs.
· *Individual coaching feedback once weekly through
email and/or Training Peaks to respond to workouts you’ve done and questions
and concerns you have.
· *Valuable, specific information to make sure
you’re prepared for your race(s).
· *Collaboration on your individual race plan.
· *Free group training opportunities are available
if you are in the San Diego area. Tentatively you can anticipate a Saturday or
Sunday open water swim, road ride, ride/run brick, or run 2-3 times per month.
During daylight savings time 2-4 times per month there will be a weekday open
water swim, bike, or run. Time of year and weather conditions will influence
what is offered.
· *10% discount on any for-fee clinics and/or group
workouts.
Gold Level -
$160/mo (paid in advance); $50 One-time set-up fee (includes Training Peaks,
athlete assessment consultation, initial get together/goal setting)
Includes:
· *All that is offered with the Silver Level (above),
plus…
· *Personalized Training Plan distributed through
Training Peaks where you can log workouts and notes (or receive via email).
· *Up to 13 structured workouts per week.
· *Seasonal and yearly planning according to your race
calendar and goals.
· *Multiple weekly adjustments of your training
plan based on your schedule, personal needs, and training from previous
sessions.
· *Individual coaching feedback as often as needed
or wanted (at least weekly) through
email and/or Training Peaks to respond to workouts you’ve done and questions
and concerns you have.
I believe in a collaborative approach to coaching. I ask for
and value your input, goals, and desires. Athletes are most successful when
they can participate not just by doing the training but by helping with the planning too.
PERSONAL MULTISPORT COACHING
Supplemental coaching can focus on various aspects of
technique, utilizing video analysis when appropriate.
Swim:
$50/45 min.
Bike: Advanced
bike handling skills/hills $70/60 min. plus
Bricks/Transitions:
$70/60 min plus
Run:
$70/60 min.
Strength
Training: $50/45 min.
