Goal weight: 160 lbs by March 1st (162 lbs by New Year's Day 2007 - missed it by a pound.)
Workout goal: Continue working out at least 5 days this week. Entered 5K run on 2/3/07. Hoping to do 10K in March. Plan to build up the mileage on the track.
