Run 3.1miles, 31:40 - Splitrail/Willowspring loop

Run @6pm after work. Walked on uphill portion for 30secs at 6:00 mark. A somewhat difficult run, especially on the grass, after the 10K on Sunday. Right foot hurt (2nd metatarsal). Arch also hurt some beginning about half way. Hurts after.
