5 min. run, 30 walk.
HR ave 129; ~1700 cal
1.52 mile lap splits:
15.57, 16.04, 31.32 (2 laps), 15.42, 15.58, 16.58(bathroom break),
15.35, 15.32, 15.51, 9.26 (1 mile)
Used Hammer's Enduralyte, drinking ~4 swallows each walk break. Ate 1 gel 5-10 min before starting. Took 1 pee break in the middle. Tried to keep HR below 135.
Injured foot but kept running. That was a mistake as I've sprained some ligaments and need to rest it for a few days now.
