Valentine's Day...no other workouts planned today. Good workout, though not very fast. Have been fighting a sore throat for a week and a half. Don't know if that's having any effect. Sunday is half marathon so Saturday will be a rest day. Friday will be a morning swim and an ez 5K lunch run. I want to rest my legs but because I took a 10 days off of running due to the injury, I think I need to run Friday.
