Monday took day off; being cautious with hamstring. No run or bike.
Hamstring feeling good today. Will take an extra day off running. Ride bike without overdoing it instead. Light run Wed.

Feeling stronger overall despite extra swim workout/yards last week. Planned taper looks nothing like this. Adjusted/"Forced" taper due to hamstring strain will be ok. Making mental adjustment.
