Good workout. Had my doubts - still slightly sore from Sunday's Aquathlon.

Run felt good. First really good run in a couple of weeks.

  1. You are a maniac! Thanks for the shoutout on my 5K. Don't know how I will ever keep up. I am not even awake at 6:15 and, if I was, I certainly wouldn't feel like swimming 3,600 yard in one hour.

  2. Wow! A rare comment on my workout log! Thanks Laz. Hey, I've got a 3 mile Gatorman Swim coming up in 2 1/2 weeks. I need to up my yardage even more but regardless, it feels really good to get a swim workout in before the day really starts. I used to hate getting up but now it's a routine. Getting in the water so early ain't fun but you get over that by the end of the warm up. You don't need to match me to consider yourself "keeping up". You're doing great.
