Weightlifting - 2 sets of 15 reps
Skipped scheduled run. Concerned about level of fatigue. Have a 60/30min brick on Friday, a 2:15 bike on Sat, and a 65min long run on Sunday. A swim scheduled for Sunday I'll either do Fri or skip it.
