Day off from running. Run at lunch on Friday, usually a rest day. My thinking is that after the Intl distance Tri on Jun 29, my workout volume can be less for awhile. I won't reduce my schedule but I will be a little flexible if other things come up that interfere. What's left after the SD Intl Tri are 1 or 2 sprint triathlons, 1 or 2 aquathlons, the LJ Rough Water in Sept, and a 500 meter swim on a Tri relay Oct 5. Don't have any running goals at the moment and not sure what next Triathlon season will hold. I have some possibilities but no plans yet. I do have plans on when to take a break and when to start building my base conditioning in time for any tri's I might aim for next year.
