Left knee hurting towards the end - very concerned. Pain located lower right and middle right of kneecap. Have a century ride next Saturday. Neck also very tired. Sat up and steered with arm rests more frequently. Eating a bagel while riding not the best idea, mostly because of breathing difficult. Concentrated energy bars are more practical.
