You are cordially invited to the first annual Crazy Train-ing Camp,
July 25 – 27, 2014.
This weekend is specifically tailored to athletes preparing for either
a half or a full Ironman distance. The weekend will mix strenuous workouts with
specialized clinics, which will offer opportunities to delve into critical
triathlon topics that will help you succeed at your chosen race. A special
emphasis will be placed on Silverman 70.3.
The planned schedule is as follows:
Friday 7/25
Optional run before dinner
Welcome dinner with an overview of the weekend, expectations, and how
things will work
Swim workout
Saturday 7/26
Alumni workout with Team Challenge at Glorietta Bay (Bike and Run)
Tri University (optional)
Post TC swim at Glorietta Bay
Lunch, rest/recovery
Ride with Sag Wagon through the South Bay (Bonita/Olympic Training
Center)
Home to shower/change
Evening BBQ and bonfire at Casa de Slade for social time and clinics
Sunday 7/27
Hills and Heat Bike Ride through the San Elijo/Del Dios Loop
Return to Casa de Slade for lunch, rest and recovery
Run from Casa de Slade to San Dieguito Park and back
Recovery/Closing Ceremony/Wrap Up and Final Thoughts

Snacks and drinks on Saturday and Sunday
There is limited space for an adult sleepover camp if you are willing
to rough it on an airbed or sofa.
Tech shirts may be provided, please let us know your size.
Price for the camp is to be determined. Please let us know of your
tentative interest so that we can make it fair and reasonable. Please tell us
your interest by Monday, 7 July.
