Water Run 10-14 min
Walk 30 min
Very sore, especially on Monday and Tuesday. Slowly deminished Wed and Thursday. Friday starting to feel good, though not ready to begin training. Will wait until mid week next week to do some light workouts, e.g. 1600-2000 yd swim, 30 min bike. Very uncertain about the running. Plantar Faciitus is about as bad as it was when I first went in for help.
