Could really feel the difference in my arms after weight lifting one day and swimming the next. Have not typically done that - usually lift after swimming on the same day. Went to a guy for shoe orthotics on Friday and am feeling more optimistic. I am hopeful that his plan will work. This is probably the last week I wing it. Next week will probably get on a plan.
