Mon 7/20 - Last week was frustrating with only 1 day of workout, plus weights. Hope this week is better.
Sun 7/26 - Only got to workout 2 days due to my foot taping and slight pain remaining in my foot. Saw the podiatrist who insisted I rest until Monday.
