- Thu: 33min treadmill, 20min jog, 2.3miles
- Fri: ~1500yds swimming - best (and only) 100 time...1:39
- Sat: 31min treadmill, 20min jog, 2.3miles
- Sun: 1500yds swimming - including 6 x 50free on 1:00, average time :44
Goals: continue with at least 5 - 30min. workouts; limit snacking after 8pm; lose up to 1 lb.
