Workout goals: at least 3 swim workouts per week. Much easier to accomplish when you have a training buddy. Do extra if time allows. Jog/walk 3miles on off days to get ready for the Solana Beach Aquathlon (Swim 1K/Run 5K)
Weight goal: 172 lbs by 10/2/06; 170 lbs by end of 2006

Mon, 4/17/06 = 178 lbs I'm eating too much junk
Mon, 4/10/06 = 178 lbs...I'm stuck, or not that good at cutting calories
Mon, 3/13/06 = 178 lbs
Mon, 3/06/06 = 176.5 lbs. (due to illness)
Mon, 2/27/06 = 179.5 lbs.
Mon, 2/20/06 = 179.5 lbs.
Mon, 2/13/06 = 180 lbs. (still!)
Mon, 2/06/06 =180 lbs.
Mon, 10/?/05 = 184 lbs.
