Monday 22 June - 28 June 2009

Post-week comment - This week was a bust training wise. I followed doctor's instructions and didn't do anything until wednesday evening and thursday morning to keep the tape job dry. Didn't do anything Sunday night either, concerned about being on the bike, plus I still wasn't feeling well. We'll see what the podiatrist says on monday morning (6/29). Haven't done any serious training since Thursday 6/18 except for 6/25-26. I'm getting agitated to get back to it. I'm fortunate that my getting sick corresponded nicely with my mandated rest.
Monday
See podiatrist. Injected, taped, on ibuprofen. No workout until Wed pm/Thur am. Not allowed to get tape wet.
