Workout goals: at least 3 swim workouts per week. Much easier to accomplish when you have a training buddy. Do extra if time allows.

- Mon, 2/13/06 = 180 lbs. (still!)
- Mon, 2/06/06 =180 lbs.
- Mon, 10/?/05 = 184 lbs.
