postweek: I forgot to list my weight last week when I weighed in. It was a normal 160.5. Thursday morning I missed my morning workout for the first time in a long time. Was up too late and also had to work at 7:30. With no sub jobs on Friday I made up for the workouts I missed. Saturday and Sunday were a challenge due to my bar mitzvah but I managed to get a bike ride in. Next week, Monday, I will train since I considered Saturday an "off day".
