Save most core for tomorrow
6:25pm - Spin Class bike ride 65 min
5 min pre-class warm up
:60 spin class - kept effort limited and went no higher than Zone 2 aerobic.
Needed to recover a little from hard ride on Tuesday. Feeling a bit sore going into weights - quads, calves, lats, triceps.
